Refund Policy
Effective Date: September 30, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to coaching plans, personal training, bodybuilding posing, session packages, and digital products purchased from ELVT Fitness (“ELVT”).
COACHING PLANS
Payments for coaching plans are nonrefundable once a billing period has begun. Canceling a plan prevents future renewals but does not provide a refund for payments already processed.
Plans with a minimum commitment remain active—and scheduled payments remain due—through the commitment period stated at checkout unless ELVT agrees otherwise in writing.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next scheduled billing date. Requests received after a payment has been processed will apply to the following renewal.
PERSONAL TRAINING AND POSING SESSIONS
Individual sessions may be rescheduled when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, are nonrefundable and will be charged or deducted from the client’s package.
PACKAGE EXPIRATION
Session packages are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and must be used within the following timeframes:
• 4-session packages: 60 days from purchase
• 8-session packages: 4 months from purchase
• 12-session packages: 6 months from purchase
Unused sessions expire at the end of the applicable period unless ELVT approves an extension in writing.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Because digital products provide immediate access to downloadable or online materials, all digital-product purchases are final and nonrefundable once access has been provided.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact ELVT so the issue can be corrected.
CANCELLATIONS
If ELVT cancels a scheduled session, the client may reschedule the session or receive an account credit. If ELVT cannot provide the purchased service or a reasonable alternative, a refund may be issued for the affected unused service.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
ELVT may consider refund, credit, extension, or cancellation requests involving documented medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
